How to easily controll anger?

Friends you all know how it feels when we are angry. Most of the time we do something wrong or take some wrong decisions under the influence of the devil called anger. Although sometimes we get the opportunity to correct our mistakes afterwards, most of the time we are left with nothing but lamenting. Many times we wish if we could control ourselves a bit more! This little bit of additional control might save many relationships, many jobs, many marriages and many wars. Since ancient times anger has been one of the key ingredients behind many destructions. But it is not necessarily meant to be that way. Anger can be controlled with little bit of practice. The more you practice, the calmer you become. Here I will tell you about a very simple way to control the adrenalin rush that gives rise to the changes in your body and mind called anger.

The first thing to do is to realize that you are angry. Its actually very easy. Most us can do it automatically. For those who does not realize that they are angry, look for the symptoms like -- your heart is beating faster, you are sweating, you are feeling like slapping somebody, feeling like shouting, feeling bad things about somebody or pointing your finger to blame someone. You will feel a very sudden adrenalin surge in your body. The most common feeling that arises when you are angry is the wish to hurt someone either emotionally or physically. So look for these symptoms and you will know that you are angry.

Now that you have realized that you are angry, just lower your head down towards the ground; take deep breath and look at the ground. Do not look at the object that made you angry at any cost. Just think about the ground. That is sure to cool you down. Ground always have zero potential and it will take all the excitations from you to return you to the ground state i.e. the normal state. Trust me, it helps. I have tried it myself. And for GodÅ› sake do not ever take a decision when you are angry. Just wait a bit more. Think of anger as a devil who is trying to posses us. We have to fight against it to have a better life. So three cheers for a anger free long and happy life!

[N.B.-For those who cant control their palms, fists or legs when they are angry, there is an easy target -- the ground; you can hit the ground and it will automatically take all your anger and also suck all your dark energy that anger provides you with! ;)]
